Terms of use

Hourwyn is operated by weneedit, a sole proprietorship based in the Republic of Korea. Postal address: 6F 602-dong 390-ho, 103 Misagangbyeonnam-ro, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do 12913, Republic of Korea. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean weneedit, doing business as Hourwyn.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for all our orders: it is the seller you pay, and we are the maker of the report, which we license to you under these terms.

We sell digital astrology reports. Each one is a single purchase. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and we do not store your card.

• Birth Chart Personality Report: an interpretation of one person's birth chart.
• Compatibility Report: an interpretation of how two people's birth charts relate.
• Bundle: both reports together at a combined price.

Each product page shows the contents and the price before you buy. Reports are digital only, and nothing is posted to you.

Hourwyn is offered to people in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that you are, and that you are buying for personal use.

If you enter another person's birth details, you must have their permission. For a Compatibility Report we ask you to confirm it.

A report is only as accurate as the details behind it. You are responsible for entering the right birth date, birth time (if you know it) and birth place. We calculate the chart from exactly what you enter, and we show you the details to check before you pay.

Birth details cannot be changed after purchase, and a birth time cannot be added later. A report is written once, from exactly what you entered. A report for different details is a new purchase.

Your report is delivered as a web page right after payment, usually within a minute. We also email a link to the address you gave at checkout. The report has a print layout, so you can print it or save it as a PDF.

If your report has not opened after ten minutes, sign in and look under My reports, or write to us through the Help page. If we cannot deliver it, you get a full refund.

When you buy a report, we give you a personal license to read, save and print it for your own non-commercial use. You may not:

• resell, rent or sublicense a report
• republish a report, or large parts of it, in public or in a commercial product
• present our text, charts or design as your own work

The site, its software, design and report text belong to us or to our licensors.

Please use Hourwyn fairly. You agree not to:

• enter another person's details without their permission
• try to open reports, orders or accounts that are not yours
• scrape the site or use automated tools to generate reports
• interfere with the site or try to get around its technical limits
• use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass or harm another person

We may refuse an order or suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

Your chart is calculated by software from astronomical data. The text of your report is then generated by an AI language model from your calculated chart data, and it is checked automatically. It is not written by a human astrologer.

AI-generated text can still contain mistakes. If something in your report does not match your chart, tell us and we will put it right under the Refund policy.

Our reports are offered for entertainment only. They give you themes to reflect on. They make no claims about you as fact and no predictions, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal or psychological advice. In particular:

• A report describes themes and tendencies drawn from astrological tradition. It is not a scientific or factual assessment of you or of anyone else.
• We make no predictions. Nothing in a report is a forecast of what will happen.
• A report is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
• We do not guarantee any outcome, in relationships, work, health, money or anything else.

Please do not rely on a report when you make decisions about your health, money, legal position or relationships. If you need help in any of those areas, speak to a qualified professional.

Prices are shown in US dollars. You pay once, at checkout. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

You buy the report from Dodo Payments, our reseller and the merchant of record. Dodo Payments takes the payment, handles your card data, adds any sales tax that applies and shows you the total before you pay. Its Buyer Terms (dodopayments.com/legal/buyer-terms) apply to the payment, and you accept them on its checkout page.

"Dodo Payments" appears on your card or bank statement. Your receipt comes from Dodo Payments by email. We do not send invoices or ask you for payment ourselves, and we never receive your card number.

If your card uses another currency, your bank may convert the amount and add its own fee.

The full rules are in our Refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. In short:

• Delivery failure or a technical fault on our side: full refund.
• A wrong chart or defective report caused by us: a regenerated report or a full refund, your choice.
• A mistake in the birth details you entered: no refund, and the details cannot be changed after purchase.
• Change of mind after your report has been delivered: no refund. All sales are final, and you confirm this at checkout.

Refunds are paid by Dodo Payments to your original payment method, never by us directly. None of this limits any right you have under the law of your state that cannot be waived by agreement.

We work to keep Hourwyn available, but we cannot promise that the site will always be online or free of faults. We may change, add or withdraw reports and features.

We keep the reports you have bought so you can reread them, until you ask us to delete them. As a backup, we suggest saving a PDF copy.

We will deliver the report you paid for, as described on the site, or put it right under the Refund policy. Beyond that:

EXCEPT AS STATED IN THESE TERMS AND IN THE REFUND POLICY, THE SITE AND THE REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Some states do not allow implied warranties to be excluded, so this may not apply to you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

In plain words:

• We are not responsible for decisions you make or actions you take because of a report.
• We are not responsible for business losses, since reports are for personal use.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Some states do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or for anything else the law does not let us limit.

You are free to post honest reviews of Hourwyn and of our reports, anywhere you like. Nothing in these terms restricts that.

These terms, which cover your use of the site and the report, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

That choice does not take away any protection that the consumer law of your state gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement. You may also be able to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Your payment to Dodo Payments is covered by its Buyer Terms, which name their own governing law.

We may update these terms, for example when we add a product or the law changes. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Your order is covered by the terms you accepted on the day you placed it.
